Drawing zones, running a weather cycle per region, and the five custom weathers that are not real GTA weather at all.
Quasar Zone Weather gives every region of the map its own weather cycle and, if you want, its own clock.
Three in-game panels cover the whole resource:

What A Zone Is
A zone is a polygon with a floor and a ceiling, a default weather, a transition time, and a weather cycle.
Each cycle entry has a weight and a length range in minutes. When the current weather runs out, the server draws the next one from those weights.
Where two zones overlap, the higher priority wins.
Drawing One
/weathercreator gives you two ways:
Draw it on the GTA map, or
Walk the border and capture each point in world
Zone Clocks
A zone can also override the clock for anyone standing inside it — useful for an island that should always be at sunset, less useful across a whole city.
The Examples
Two example zones ship with the schema. Delete them in the creator once you have drawn your own.
EARTHQUAKE, TORNADO, BLOODMOON, TSUNAMI and SANDSTORM are not real GTA weather types. They are ordinary weather with an effect painted on top, and every one of them is tuned in /weatherconfig.
Earthquake
It is not only a camera shake, and it does not come in bursts. While a zone is quaking the ground moves without pause, and every client in it throws the entities it owns around.
Cars rock on their springs, loose props skitter, peds lose their footing — and so, now and then, do you.
The zone hands out a seed with the weather, so everyone is thrown the same way. Nothing shakes for anyone flying or in the water.
It shakes for exactly as long as the zone holds EARTHQUAKE, so the length lives in the weather cycle. Give the earthquake entry a minute or two, not the ten to thirty a normal weather gets.
The physical side can be switched off in /weatherconfig if you only want the camera.
Tsunami
It floods the map. The sea climbs metre by metre over the land, the swell turns into a storm sea that throws boats about, cars float, anyone caught in it swims, and the streets empty.
It drains back and the game’s own water returns the moment the weather passes — and on a resource restart, so a crash never leaves the map under water.
It is the whole map or nothing. A flood does not stop at a zone border, so the panel only offers it on the button that sets every zone, and the server refuses it on a single one.
Tornado
A tornado walks its zone. The server owns the funnel’s position, so it stands in the same place for everyone — holding a heading for a few seconds at a time and turning back at the zone’s edge rather than wandering off the map.
The column is a ladder of invisible anchors, each carrying one looped smoke effect, walked around the axis every frame: wider and slower as it climbs, with real junk orbiting it — tyres, cones, crates.
Anything caught is given a velocity rather than a shove, so it is dragged at the eye, spun around it, and after a few seconds in the core thrown clear over the top. Cars stall, people are swept off their feet, and from a quarter kilometre away you still hear it and feel the camera.
Blood Moon
Not a weather type either. It is a timecycle modifier, mounted by the manifest and switched on with the weather — so the colour picker in the panel drives the whole grade live: sky, cloud, moon and world-light colour.
Lightning is forced separately, which is why it strikes on a clear night.
Set the sky underneath to something clear and run it at night. The moon is the point.
Sandstorm
It turns the whole world orange. Not the sky — the world: the roads, the buildings, the cars, the people.
The haze starts at the camera rather than at the horizon, which is what puts you inside the storm instead of looking at it. The wind runs between 1.9 and 9 in gusts, and the air fills with driven sand and junk the wind carries past you.
Unlike the others, it behaves like ordinary weather: a zone can run it on a cycle, the creator will offer it, and the lights go out in it like any storm.
The colour picker in /weatherconfig moves the sky, the light, the fog and the airborne sand together, each keeping its own shade.
Manual Only
The tornado and the tsunami are manual.
They are offered in the control panel like any other weather, but the creator will not put them in a zone cycle and the server never draws them at random — even if an old cycle still names one.
Someone has to pick them.
The resource answers the events and exports that cd_easytime and qb-weathersync scripts expect, and provides both names — so scripts written against either keep working.
Both bridges can be switched off in /weatherconfig if you actually run one of them alongside this.
