Modern Garages Living is a pack of five modern garage interiors for FiveM, two small and three medium, from a compact one-room garage to a 55-metre hall with a mezzanine. Concrete and steel, framed display bays, wide roller doors, glass-fronted rooms and built-in lighting make them a good fit for private garages, car collections, workshops, crew headquarters and garage homes with a living space. Each interior is a shell: a complete interior in a single model that your garage or housing script spawns out of sight and puts the player inside, so one shell can serve any number of garages or properties on your server.

The five shells, qs_garage_shell_small_01, qs_garage_shell_small_02 and qs_garage_shell_med_01 to qs_garage_shell_med_03, work with Advanced Garages as walk-in shell garages with their own parking spots, with qs-housing as garage homes, with ps-housing using the measured entry points on these pages, and with any script that loads shells by model name. Setup is one ensure line: there is no SQL, no config file and no framework to connect.

Inside	Display bays marked out with tread plate and hazard tape, roller doors up to 13.5 m wide or 5.4 m tall, drive-in ramps, glass-fronted rooms, detailing booths with a light-strip ceiling and a colour-wrap wall, and staircases to upper floors.
Compatibility	Advanced Garages through its Shell interior type, qs-housing with a ready-made `Config.Shells` block, ps-housing with a ready-made `doorOffset` block, and any FiveM garage, housing or apartment script that spawns interiors by model name. Works on ESX, QBCore, Qbox, ox_core or standalone.
Entry points	Every door, floor height and entry point measured from the models themselves, relative to the shell, for scripts that need to know where to put the player.
Lights and collision	Each shell carries its own lights, 18 to 35 of them, and its own collision, so it is lit and walkable the moment it spawns, with no extra props.
Performance	One model per shell with its textures inside, about 12.5 MB for the whole pack, which each player downloads once. Nothing runs in the background: no scripts, no loops, no database.
Setup	Add one `ensure modern_garages_living` line. There are no SQL imports, config files, commands or exports.
Licensing	Delivered through the Cfx.re portal and tied to the Cfx.re account that bought it.
