The commands say I do not have permission
Both commands are restricted. Give your group the ACEs and make sure you are in that group:
add_ace group.admin command.clubhouseint allow
add_ace group.admin command.clubhouseext allow
add_principal identifier.license:YOUR_LICENSE group.adminRestart the server after editing server.cfg. The server console can always run them.
Holes, missing walls or flickering around the clubhouse
Another map is loaded at the same Vespucci block. Look for other MLOs, map packs or map fixes that touch the vb_30 area near Magellan Ave and remove them, or remove Club House. Two maps cannot share the same spot.
