The Config File#

Everything you can change lives in config.lua at the root of the resource. It controls the elevator only — the map itself needs no configuration. Restart the resource after saving a change.

Field	What it does
`id`	A unique name for the elevator. Give every elevator a different one.
`title`	Shown in the prompt and as the menu header. Defaults to `Elevator` if left out.
`floors[].label`	The floor name in the menu, e.g. `Restaurant`, `Nightclub`, `Helipad`.
`floors[].interact`	`vec3` where the player stands to call the lift on that floor.
`floors[].teleport`	`vec4` where the player arrives on that floor. The fourth value is the heading they face.

Collect the positions
On each floor, stand where players should press E and note the coordinates. Then stand where they should arrive, facing the right way, and note the coordinates and heading.

Restart and test
Run ensure qs_royale_restaurant in the server console, walk to the new point and press E.
