Downtown Mechanic is a complete mechanic shop MLO for FiveM, built inside an existing Los Santos building. Three service bays, each behind its own roller door and fitted with a custom lift. A tyre corner with wheel balancers, racks and rims. A wall of tool chests, oils and gas cylinders. And at the back, an office and a lounge with sofas, a jukebox and a soda machine — more than 150 placed pieces, with the lifts, balancers, wheel racks, desks, chairs, sofas and doors modelled for this map.
What sets it apart from a static map is that it changes with your server. Two optional layers turn the workshop into a meet — a gazebo, a barbecue, tables and chairs — and then lay out a spread of burgers, tacos and drinks on top. One command switches them live for every player, the choice is saved across restarts, and there is nothing else to install: no framework, no database, no dependencies.

What it does#
Area | Details |
|---|---|
Service bays | Three bays, each behind a custom roller garage door and fitted with a custom lift, plus two engine hoists, car creepers and power drills. |
Tyres and wheels | Two wheel balancers, five wheel racks, hub racks and eighteen rims on display. |
Parts and tools | Tool chests and drawer units, oil cans, paint tins, gas cylinders and racks, pallets, a sack truck and a custom pipe run. |
Office and lounge | Two desks, three sofas around a coffee table, ceiling TVs, a jukebox, a soda machine, a key cabinet, trophies and framed car art. |
Running events from your own scripts? A server resource opens the meet with one line, and a client script can listen for the moment it opens. See Commands and Exports.
