Fleet vehicles can now be entered and stored properly, with automatic support for seven vehicle key resources. The admin panel is faster and every list folds away, the shipped garages were replaced with ones measured in game, and a new server starts with a fleet already parked. ESX servers also get two long-standing list and rank fixes.

Adds three new systems — persistent fleet garages, a rebuilt K9 unit and uniform lockers — an admin panel where every setting explains what it does, guided tours on every tablet page, and owner-controlled themes. The tablet also opens much faster and no longer loses a tab's work when you switch away.
