Motels Creator is a complete motel and hotel room rental system for FiveM. Players walk up to a reception, rent a room by the hour or by the day, and receive a physical key that opens the door, the stash and the wardrobe. Motels can run on their own or belong to a player who hires staff, sets salaries, answers tenant requests, watches the till and buys upgrades — and when the police need in, they bring a battering ram.
Every motel is built in game from one window: draw the zone, place the reception, pick the doors, add the stashes and wardrobes, set the prices and save — it appears for every player at once, with no restart. A motel can use a real MLO with physical doors, an instanced shell from the included K4MB1 Starter Shells pack, or a GTA IPL interior — and one motel can mix several room types, such as standard rooms and VIP suites.
