Find solutions to the most common problems you may encounter while installing or using Quasar Diamond Casino, from missing dependencies and framework detection problems to casino economy, VIP rooms, items, games, and configuration issues.
If the console keeps showing framework loading messages or the casino does not initialize correctly, verify that your framework starts before qs-diamondcasino.

client/custom/If the casino interior is invisible, duplicated, or has visual conflicts:
Verify that only one casino MLO is active.
Do not run casino_map together with another casino interior.
Ensure your selected MLO matches the configured map preset.
The resource automatically detects supported casino interiors, but custom MLOs require their own configuration preset.
If:
/casinodoes not open the management panel, verify your permissions.
Access can be granted through:
Server administrator permissions
Casino owner role
Employee permissions
The casino management system is not controlled by jobs. Employees receive specific permissions from the owner or administrator.
If players cannot receive casino chips:
Check the following:
casinochips exists in your inventory system.
Item images are installed correctly.
Player has a valid casino membership.
Config.ChipsAsItem matches your inventory setup.
When using chips as items, the inventory must correctly register:
casinochipsIf market or bar purchases remove money/chips but no item appears:
Verify that every configured item exists in your inventory.

If the casino has no music or the console displays sound errors:
Verify that one of these resources is installed:

mx-surroundThe casino music system requires one of them to play background audio.
If you do not want casino music, disable:
Config.Sound = falseIf players cannot start games because the casino has no funds:
Check:
Config.CasinoEconomyWhen:
blockWhenEmpty = trueall games are disabled when the casino balance reaches the configured minimum.
You can:
Deposit funds through /casino
Lower minBalance
Disable economy restrictions
Allow negative balance mode
If casino commissions are not being sent:
Verify:
Config.Societymatches your installed society resource.
Supported examples:

noneAn incorrect value will prevent society payouts.
If VIP rooms are unavailable:
Check:
casino_vip is started.
Config.Vip.enabled = true.
The shell model is loading correctly.
The VIP shell coordinates are located in empty space.
The VIP system requires the qs_vip_casino shell resource.
If the jackpot triggers but rewards are missing:
Verify:
The winner is online if requireOnline = true.
Casino economy has enough funds.
Reward configuration is valid.
Player identifier exists correctly.
For Discord winner screenshots:
screenshot-basicmust be installed and configured.
If the lucky wheel vehicle prize does not give keys:
Verify your vehicle key integration.
The resource automatically detects supported vehicle key systems, but the configured system must exist on your server.
If billiards tables are misplaced or physics feel incorrect:
Use the available pool positioning tools:

/pooldbgThese commands allow you to calibrate table positions, pockets, and cue placement.
If target interactions fail:
Verify your target configuration.
The casino currently supports:
qtargetIf you use another system such as ox_target or qb-target, update the target integration file or disable target mode:
Config.UseTarget = falseIf custom screens, cameras, or casino settings disappear:
Verify that:
casino_store exists.
oxmysql starts before qs-diamondcasino.
Database permissions allow table creation and updates.
Persistent casino customization is stored inside the database.
If configuration changes are ignored:
Restart the resource after editing files.
The casino does not hot reload configuration changes.
Also verify that you are editing files included in escrow_ignore, such as:
config/
locales/
