Get Tutorial Creator from your Cfx.re Portal right after purchase.
Drop qs-tutorial into your resources directory and add ensure qs-tutorial to your server.cfg. You need oxmysql or mysql-async running.
Type /tutorialcreator in game and pick one of the 8 ready-made tutorials, or start from scratch.
Edit it your way, press Save and Set live. Every player gets it instantly, with no reconnect.

Camera Capture
This is the part you can't do in a config file. Hit Capture from game and the creator gets out of the way. Fly a free camera with WASD, Space and Ctrl, speed up with Shift, slow down with Alt and use the scroll wheel for field of view. Press ENTER and the shot is saved to your step. Building a FiveM cinematic camera tour has never been this fast.
Movements
Every shot can move like a film. Choose static, pan, dolly, track a point, orbit, or follow the player. Control the move time and easing, with smooth sine as the cinematic default, or loop the move back and forth. Track a point makes a building the star of the shot, and orbit circles a landmark at your chosen radius, height and speed.
Presets
Start in seconds with 8 tutorials, each with its own personality. Welcome to the City is the classic tour, Spotlight runs hands-off with live countdowns, and Skyline shows the landmarks at golden hour. Anthem cuts every shot to the music, Broadcast reads the news beside a video feed, and Noir brings rain and film grain. Neon lights up the city after dark, and Dispatch works as a job briefing. Duplicate any of them and make it yours.
Design
Everything on screen is an element you drag, resize and restyle: narration with a typewriter effect, portraits, chapter cards, objectives, progress bars, timers, letterbox bars, skip buttons, images, videos and slideshows. Each element can show on every step, on one chapter or on a single step. Text can show live values like the player's job, their zone or the server name.
