Release
The "[E] Collect evidence" prompt used ox_lib's corner panel even on servers running qs-textui. It now shows as a qs-textui label over the evidence you are pointing at, and falls back to ox_lib's panel when qs-textui is not running.

No setting to change: the prompt picks qs-textui by itself whenever it is running.
Update alongside qs-police-creator, which moves the rest of the suite's prompts to qs-textui in the same release.
While aiming a flashlight at evidence in reach, the prompt is a qs-textui label over that piece of evidence, without the key repeated in the text. Without qs-textui it is ox_lib's panel, as before.
