These Terms govern your use of two specific features of **Quasar Store** ("we", "us", "the Service"), available at **https://www.quasar-store.com**:

1. **Discord Sign-In** — creating and accessing your account by authorizing our application on Discord;
2. **Support Tickets** — the support widget on the Service, whose conversations are mirrored into a private channel in our Discord server and answered by our staff from Discord.

They do not cover any other part of the Service, which is governed by its own terms.

By using Discord Sign-In or opening a support ticket, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use these features.

## 1. Eligibility

- You must be at least **13 years old**, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it is higher, and you must have a valid Discord account.
- You must comply with the [Discord Terms of Service](https://discord.com/terms) and the [Discord Community Guidelines](https://discord.com/guidelines) whenever you use these features. A breach of Discord's rules is also a breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for everything done through your Discord account on the Service.

## 2. Discord Sign-In

- Signing in with Discord is optional and always initiated by you. The authorization happens on Discord's pages; we never receive your Discord password.
- You grant us permission to receive the data covered by the scopes you approve (`identify` and `email`) and to use it to create and operate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We use your authorization only for authentication and account identity. We do not post, send messages, join servers or take any other action on Discord on your behalf.
- You may withdraw the authorization at any time in Discord under **User Settings → Authorized Apps**, or by unlinking Discord in your account settings. If Discord is your only sign-in method, withdrawing it will leave you unable to access your account until you set another method.
- We are not responsible for Discord outages, rate limits, account suspensions or policy changes that prevent you from signing in. Where a Discord failure blocks your access, contact us at **[email protected]**.

## 3. Support Tickets

### 3.1 How it works

Opening a ticket creates a private channel in our Discord server. Your messages are mirrored there, and staff replies are mirrored back to the widget. Both sides are stored as a transcript on the Service, which is kept after the ticket is closed and the Discord channel is deleted.

### 3.2 Your responsibilities

When using support tickets you agree **not** to:

- send unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise abusive content, or threaten our staff;
- send spam, mass-open tickets, or use tickets for advertising or solicitation;
- upload malware, or files you have no right to distribute;
- impersonate another person, our staff, or Discord;
- publish or share personal data of third parties;
- attempt to obtain access to accounts, orders or data that are not yours;
- send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identity documents, or other sensitive information — we never ask for them and you should never provide them through a ticket.

### 3.3 Content you send

You keep ownership of the messages and files you send. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, transmit and display that content **for the sole purposes of** handling your request, keeping the transcript, and enforcing these Terms. That licence lasts as long as we retain the ticket under our Privacy Policy.

### 3.4 Support is provided as-is

Support is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any response time, permanent availability of the widget or the Discord bridge, or that a given request will be resolved. Statements made by staff in a ticket are informational and do not modify these Terms or any purchase agreement unless we confirm them in writing.

## 4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Discord Sign-In and/or support tickets, close a ticket, or delete a ticket channel, if you breach these Terms, breach Discord's rules, or abuse the support channel. Serious or repeated abuse may also lead to a ban from our Discord server and from your account on the Service.

You may stop using these features at any time by revoking the Discord authorization and ceasing to open tickets.

## 5. Relationship with Discord

Discord is an independent third party. We do not control it and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Discord Inc. Your use of Discord is governed by your agreement with Discord. We are not liable for Discord's acts, omissions, downtime, data handling, or for any change Discord makes to its API, its OAuth flow or its platform rules.

## 6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these two features are provided **"as is" and "as available"**, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from Discord Sign-In or the support ticket system. Our total aggregate liability arising from these features is limited to **[the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100]**.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use Discord Sign-In or the support widget after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
